AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDIN~
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF AND
ABFITING PINE WAY AND BETWEEN 1W~T,T~TV'/T,T,E AVENUE
EEi'~NDRD NORTHERLY AND INGRAHAM AVENUE FROM AD
(AG~ICUL~) DISTRICT TO MI-2 (MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL)
DISTRICT; PROVIDllqG FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND
BE IT ENACi'ED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Cc~nprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: ~qat the real property described as follows:
The West 2/3, Less the West 428 feet, of the
South-west 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
The East 214 feet of the West 428 feet of the
West 2/3 of the South~st 1/4 of the
Northeast 1 / 4
all lying in Section 18, Township 20 South,
Range 31 East, Public Racords of Seminole
County, Florida.
be and tbe same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District to MI-2
(MediL~n Industrial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section Or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be
held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same ere hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shell becc~ne effective
inmBdiately upon its passage and adoption.
