AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWRRN
AIRPORT BOULEVAFD AND BEVIER ROAD A~D BEIWE~N
ALBRIGHT ROAD A~D LINCOLN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO MI-2 (M~DIL~
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS, AND ~'E'ECTIVE DATE.
BE IT EIXIAUI'~D BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Conprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows:
Lots 25, 36 (less the W. 100 ft. ), Lot 26 (less
the Plat of Lincoln Heights, Section Two, PB 14,
PG 45) and Lot 35, (less the W. 100 ft. and less
Plat of Lincoln Heights, Section Two, PB 14,
PG 45) of Blk B, M.M. Smith's Second Subdivision,
PB 1, PG 101, and
Blk 58 (less the W. 100 ft. and less the
N. 328.6 ft.) and Blk 59 (less the N. 328.6 ft.),
M.M. Smith's Subdivision, PB 1, PG 55, of Seminole
County Public Records.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from AD (Agricultural) District to MI-2
(Median Industrial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unCo.n.~i~i~nal, it shall not be
held to invalidate or ir~pair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the sane are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall becc~ne effective
inkedlately upon its passage and adoption.
