1707 ORDINANCE NO. 1707
AN OI{DINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 1097, SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, APPENDIX A, TO AMEND ARTICLE VI, SECTION 2,
SUB-SECTION 2; SAID SECTION PROVIDING FOR OFF-STREET
PARKING REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Article VI, Section 2, Sub-section 2, providing
for Off-Street Parking Requirements, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
(2) Multiple-family dwelling structures: 2 spaces for each
dwelling unit plus adequate storage space for boats and
accessory vehicles.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
