AN ORDiNANCE OFT HE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN
SANFORD AVENUEAND PALMWAYAND BETWEEN HIBISCUS DRIVE
AND POINSETTA DRIVE FROM SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT TO MR-2 (MLrLTIPLE-FAM~Y RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS,
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OFT HE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOR~A:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehens~e Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows:
Lot 5, Less the North 12.5 feet, and Lots 6 and 7,
Block 1, Flora Heights, Plat Book 3, Page 19,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single-Family Residential
Dwelling) District to 141t-2 (Multiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hermy repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
