1690 ORDINANCE NO. 1690 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING SOUTH OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND BETWEEN LIVE OAK BOULEVARD AND U. S. HIGHWAY 17-92 (S.R. 15-600) FROM I~R-I (MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT TO MR-2 (MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADEA PART HEREOF. be and the same is hereby rezoned from MR-1 (Multiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District to MR-2 (Multiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this Ninth day of April , A. D. 1984. ATTEST:
