ORDINANCE NO.
iN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN 22ND
STREET AND 24TH STREET AND BETWEEN HOLLY AVENUE AND
FRENCH AVENUE FROM SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT TO MR-1 (MULTIPLE FiMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAMFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION i: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December II, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows:
Lots i through 5 and the North 35.79 feet of
Lot 6, and all of Lots 13 through 17 and the
North 35.86 feet of Lot 18, and the vacated
alley between, and the West one-half of
vacated Maple Avenue adjacent on the East,
Bonaventure, Plat Book 5, page 85, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single-Family Residential
Dwelling) District to MR-1 (Mullti~pleFam~ly ReSidential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not
be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other
section or part of this ordinance.
S~E..qTI_O~ 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances~in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
_S.ECTION__4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
