1675 ORDINANCE NO. 1675
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 1097, SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 6, SUB-SECTION 1,
TO PROVIDE APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN FOR SIX MONTHS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONflICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Article VIII, Section 6, Sub-section 1, providing
site development plan, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
(1) No building, structure or use shall be erected, altered,
installed or maintained except in conformity with the
provisions of this ordinance, and with a site development
plan approved as provided herein. This approval will be
effective for a period of six (6) months.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
