AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN~ SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN
WEST FOURTH STREET AND WEST SIXTH STREET AND BETWEEN
LAUREL AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE FROM RMOI (MULTIPLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT
TO SC-3 (SPECIAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. i097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December i1, 1972, said ordinance being
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida,
regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures,
land and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes,
be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real property
described as follows:
Lots 1~ 2, 3, 6, 7, 8~ 9 and 10, Block 6,
Tier 7, E. R. TRAFFORD'SMAP OF THE TOWN OF
SANFORD, Plat Book 1, page 62, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from RMOI (Multiple-Family Residential,
Office and Institutional) District to SC-3 (Special Commercial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
