ORDINANCE NO. 1669
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING,
VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN EAST-WEST
EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN PINE AVENUE AND HICKORY AVENUE :~ CD ~_~
AND BETWEEN CELERY AVENUE AND EAST 14TH STREET;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a portion of an East-West easement lying
between Pine Avenue and Hickory Avenue and between Celery Avenue and East
l~th Street, as described as follows:
The South 3.5' of the North 20' of Lot 9, Block C,
of CELERY AVENUE ADDITION TO SANFORD, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 125,
of! the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as an
easement in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not he held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
