1661 ORDINANCE NO. 1661 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF PAOLA ROAD (C-46A) AND WEST OF OREGON AVENUE FROM AD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1AA (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT AND SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows: PARCEL #1: FROMAD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1AA (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT. The West ~ of the SW ¼ of SW k of Section 33, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, LESS Right-of-Way of Oregon Avenue, AND the SE k of the SE ¼ of Section 32, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, LESS the West 165 feet thereof and LESS Right-of-Way of Paola Road° AND ALSO LESS the following described parcel: From the Southwest corner of Section 33, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, run N 01° 04' 41" W., along the West line of said Section 33, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the North Right-of-Way line of Paola Road for a Point of Beginning; thence run S. 89° 48' 15" E., along said North Right-of-Way line and parallel with the South line of said Section 33, a distance of 640.52 feet to the West Right-of- Way line of Oregon Avenue; thence run N. 00° 01' 05" W., along said West Right-of-Way line, a distance of 355.00 feet; thence run N. 89° 48' 15" W., 250.00 feet; thence run S. 78° 25' 39" W. 122.58 feet; thence run N. 89° 48' 15" W., 365.00 feet; thence run S. 46° 21' 00" W., 242.65 feet; thence run S. 00° 11' 45" W., 162.88 feet to a point on the aforesaid North Right-of-Way line of Paola Road, thence run N. 89° 59' 28" E., along said North Right-of-Way line being parallel with and 25.00 feet North of the South line of Section 32, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, a distance of 270.80 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 47.327 acres, more or less. (SR-1AA) AND PARCEL #2: FROMAD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, beand the same are hereby repealed.
