AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLDRIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097, SAID ORDINANCE
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, APPENDIX A,
ARTICLE V, SEC. 3,: SR-1, SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING DISTRICT, PARA. B
CONDITIONAL USES, SUB-PARA. (2) HOME
OCCUPATION BY ADDING (2) (a) PROVIDING FOR
AUTHORIZATION BY LICENSING AND BUILDING
DIVISION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Appendix A, Article V, Sec. 3, SR-1 Single-
Family Residential Dwelling District, Para. B. Conditional Uses,
Sub-Para. (2) Home Occupation, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding (2) (a) as follows:
(2) (a) Home occupations, telephone service only, may be
authorized by Licensing & Building Division without
Planning and Zoning Review.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
