AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097, SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, APPENDIX A, TO ELIMINATE ARTICLE V, SECTION 5,
PARA. D, ITEM 3, SUB-ITEM (a); ARTICLE V, SECTION 6,
PARA. D, ITEM 2, SUB-ITEM (a); ARTICLE V, SECTION 7,
PARA. D, ITEM 2, SUB-ITEM (a); AND TO PROVIDE A NEW
ARTICLE V, SECTION 1, PARA. C (9) DENSITY; ARTICLE V,
SECTION 2, PARA. C (9) DENSITY; ARTICLE V, SECTION 5,
PARA. D, ITEM 3, SUB-ITEM (a) DENSITY;ARTICLE V,
SECTION 6, PARA. D, ITEM 2, SUB-ITEM (a) DENSITY;
ARTICLE V, SECTION 7, PAPA. D, ITEM 2, SUB-ITEM (a)
DENSITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OE THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Article V, Section 5, Para. D, Item 3,
sub-item (a), Article V, Section 6, Para. D, Item 2, sub-item (a),
Article V, Section 7, Para. D, Item 2, sub-item (a) are hereby
deleted in their entirety.
SECTION 2: That Article V, Section 1, Para. C, is hereby
amended by adding Item (9) as follows:
(9) Density - 3 units per acre.
SECTION 3: That Article V, Section 2, Para. C, lis hereby
amended by adding Item (9) as follows:
(9) Density - 5 units per acre.
SECTION 4: That Article V, Section 5, Para. LD;, Item 3,
is hereby amended by adding sub-item (a) as follows:
(a) Density - 15 units per acre.
SECTION 5: That Article V, Section 6, Para. D, Item 2,
is hereby amended by adding sub-item (a) as follows:
(a) Density - 20 units per acre.
SECTION 6: That Article V, Section 7, Para. D, Item 2,
is hereby amended by adding sub-item (a) as follows:
(a) Density - 40 units per acre.
SECTION 7: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 8: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 9: This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
