AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,'AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENTL CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN MATTIE
STREET AND 29TH STREET EXTENDED EASTERLY AND BETWEEN
GROVE DRIVE AND THE SEABOARD COAST" LINE HAILROAD RIGHT-
OF-WAY FROM SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT TO RI-1 (RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance NO. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting
the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade,
industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended
as follows: THat the real property described as follows:
S. 1174 ft. of the E. 202.9 ft of the NW
of the SW ¼ (less Rail track) Parcel No.
14, Section 6, Twp. 20 S, Range 30 E, Seminole
County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1 (Single Family Residential
Dwelling) District to RI-1 (Restricted Industrial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this ordinance
proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to
invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other sectionor
pert Of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
