AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
-MAKING= APPRDPKIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, FRC¢4 THE ANTICIPATED ~S TO BE
RECEIVED FRDM THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMF~ICA, DURING THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1983, AND
ENDING S~ER 30, 1984, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND ~'~'ECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted a proposed
budget of anticipated revenues and suggested appropriations relative to anti-
cipated revenue to be received from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund of the
United States of America during the fiscal year which begins October 1, 1983,
and ands September 30, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Conmission of the City of Sanford, Florida, iS
of tbs opinion that the several items of reonmBnded .expenditures for said
fiscal year are reasonable, necessary and proper for the administration of
the affairs of the City of Sanford; and
I~HEREAS; the appropriate public hearings have been held for consider-
ation of the proposed budget.
NCEV, THEERE, BE IT ENACIZU BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~NFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the proposed budget of anticipated revenues and
appropriations to be received from the Revanue Sharing Trust Fund of the
United States of America during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1983,
and ending September 30, 1984, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved,
confirmed, accepted, and adopted~ that a copy of the proposed budget is
attached here~D and hereby made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance
proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to
invalidate or ~ir the validity, force, or effect of any other section or
part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith, be end the same ere hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be October
1, 1983.
