ORDINANCE NO. 1645
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, TO CORRECT
THAT CERTAIN LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NO.
1623, ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, ON FEBRUARY
28, 1983: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLIICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, on February 28, 1983, the City of Sanford, Florida, adopted
Ordinance No. 1623 which was an annexation ordinance of that certain
land described in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, subsequently it was discovered that there was a scrivener's
error appearing in Ordinance No. 1623 in the legal description of said
ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City of Sanford, Florida, desires to correct said error
_j and fully set out the legal description.
~ ~ 5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
cD SAN~DRD, FLORIDA:
I~ ~ .... ~i SECTION l: The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 1623 is hereby amended to read as described and attached hereto.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
~ not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
co section or part of this ordinance.
~ SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
~ upon its passage and adoption.
