Box. 8, Sanford, FL 32771 ORDINANCE NO. 1637 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, VA- CATING TEAT CERTAIN PLAT OF HIDDEN LAKE-AIRPORT BOULEVARD ACCESS ROAD, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PLAT LYING SOUTH OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND BE- TWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 AND LAKE MARY ROAD IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner of that certain real property consisting of the plat of Hidden Lake-Airport Boulevard Access Road, described herein- after, applied with the City of Sanford, Florida its application to have said plat vacated so that the property described therein could revert to acreage for a different development of the property, from that which was contemplated at the time of the original plat; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 10, 1981, for consideration and determination as to whether or not the vacating of the plat should be allowed, and the City Commission having found .that the street situated within the plan has not been opened to the use of the public, and that there has been no development on the property situated within the plat; and WHEREAS, an alternate access road has been provided by the Developer; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that the vacating of said plat conforms to the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Sanford, Florida, and that the public health, economy, safety, comfort, order, convenience, and welfare will be promoted by such vacating. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That certain plat of Hidden Lake-Airport Boulevard Access Road, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 99, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Con~nence at the S 1/4 Section Post of Section 2, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, and run N 86~09'46'' W, along the S line of said Section 2, 1159.476 feet; thence run N 3°49'22" W, 936.805 feet; thence run N 45~55'21'' W, 286.239 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 45°55'21" W, 80.997 feet; thence run N 53°04'39" E, 421.213 feet to a point on a curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence run Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 90000'00", 39.270 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of- way of Airport Boulevard; thence run S 36°55'21'' E., along said Westerly right-of-way, 129.596 feet to a point on a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 1949.860 feet; thence run along said curve through a central angle of 0°0'42'', 0.399 feet to a point on a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence run Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 89°59'18", 39.265 feet; thence run S 53004'39'' W, 408.542 feet to the Point of Begiuning; containing 0.814 acres; be and the same is hereby vacated, and all of the property situated within said plat is reverted to acreage, said property including the street situated therein. SECTION 2; If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or Unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
