AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF
A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF AND
ABUTTING EAST 24TH STREET AND BETWEEN SUMMERLIN AVENUE
AND THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY
OF BLOCK 16, WYNNWOOD FROM kD (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT
TO SR-1A (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT;
PROVIDNG FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAMFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows:
Section 31,!Township 19 South, Range 32 East, Northeast
one-quarter of Southeast one-quarter (Less the North
32,91 acres and the West 20 feet), Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida
be and the same is hereby rezoned fromAD (Agricultural) District
to SR-1A (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of
any section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
