1632 ORDINANCE NO. 1632 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN 15TH STREET AND 16TH STREET EXTENDED WESTERLY AND BETWEEN FRENCH AVENUE AND LAUREL AVENUE FROM RC-i(RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLOIRDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows: Lot 4, Amended Plat of Orange Heights, Plat Book 4, Page 84, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; be and the same is hereby rezoned from RC-l(Restricted Commercial) District to GC-2 (General Commercial) District. SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be heldto invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any section or part of this ordinance. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
