AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF S~NFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY; SAID ORDINANCE BEING
A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OR AIRPORT
BOULEVARD, SOUTH OF RESERVOIR LAKE, EAST OF OLD LAKE
MARY ROAD AND WEST OF U.S. HIGHWAY 17-92 FROM AD (AGRI-
CULTURAL) DISTRICT TO MR-1 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CON-
FLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land, and
water from trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described as follows:
Section 02, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Begin 20
chains north and 8.34 chains West of the South 1/4 Section
Post, run north 7 1/2 chains West 4 1/2 chains, gouth
36°33' West 5.09 chains, South 53027' East 6.16 chains,
East 2.66 chains to beginning;
be and the same is hereby rezoned fromAD (Agricultural) District
to MR-1 (Multiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of this
Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
Section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
