1622 ORDINANCE NO. 1622
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING APPENDIX A, ARTICLE V, SEC. 9 (B)
OF THE SANFORD CITY CODE, SAID AMENDMENT SHALL
BE THE ADDITION OF SUB-PARAGRAPH (1O), SAID
SUB-PARAGRAPH PROVIDING FOR ENCLOSED FIRING
RANGE, SUBJECT TO ADEQUATE SAFEGUARDS AND
REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CON-
FLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Appendix A, Article V, Sec. 9(B)
of the Sanford City Code be amended by the addition of sub-
paragraph (i0) providing for enclosed firing range, subject to
adequate safeguards and regulations, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(10) Enclosed Firing Range, subject to adenate safe-
guards and regulations.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section
of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the
validity, force or effect of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
