Box ]~'~8, Sanford, FL 32771 ORDINANCE NO. 1584 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ADANDONING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN UTILITY/DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, RUNNING IN A NORTH- ERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION AND LYING BETWEEN WILDWOOD DRIVE AND LOCH LOW LAKE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That a portion of that certain utility/ drainage easement running in a Northerly and Southerly direction and lying between Wildwood Drive and Loch Low Lake, as described as follows: The East 2.5 feet of the West 10 feet of the South 24.7 feet of the North 69.45 feet of Lot 10, Ramblewood, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and adandoned as a utility/drainage easement in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein. SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordin- ances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
