AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE AND MELLONVILLE
AVENUE AND BETWEEN AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND CORN-
WALL ROAD FROM PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING) DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY,
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location
and use of building, structures, land and water for trade,
industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is here-
by amended as follows: That the real property described below,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from PUD (Planned Unit Develop-
ment) District to SR-I (Single-Family Residential Dwelling)
District.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 1097 is further amende~
as follows:
The South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Township
20 South, Range 31 East, lying West of the Westerly
R/W of Mellonville Avenue; less that portion of said
section of Sanora Unit I and II Replat according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17,
pages 11 & 12, as recorded in the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida; and also less Sanora
South according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 19, pages 76 & 77, as recorded in
said Public Records; and also less R/W for Corn-
wall Road and SCL Railroad.

SECTION 3: If any section or a portion of a sectil

in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
