1546 ~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID A~NDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN LAKE MARY BOULEVARD ~ND AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND BETWEEN U. S. HIGHWAY 17- 92 AND ART,'LANE EXTENDED NORTHERLY FROM PUD (PLANNED ~IT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY P~StDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT, MR-1 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DI~ELLING) DISTRICT, AND GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE FO THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida pas'sed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of building, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the real property described in Exhibit "A" made a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby rezoned from PUD (Planned Unit Development) District to SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 5: If any section or a portion of a section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconsti- tutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION 6: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 7: That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
