SECTION 4: That the legal discriptions in the preceed-
ing Sections 1,2 & 3 of this ordinance shall be amended so as
to exclude any reference to or change of zoning of the property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, the reason being that said property was rezoned
by City Ordinance No. 1544.
SECTION 5: If any section or a portion of a section of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force
or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 6: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 7: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
