1530 ORDINANCE N0. 1530
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO, 1500 OF SAID CITY;
SAID ORDINANCE HAVING AMENDED THE OPEN SPACE
STANDARDS OF THE REVIEW PROCEDURES AND STAND-
ARDS FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1500 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, was passed and a~pted on January 28, 1980,
amending the Open Space Standards of the development guide-
lines of the City of San~rd, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said development guidelines were originally
adopted by Resolution, and the City Commission having been
advised that the Resolution cannot be amended by an ordinance,
and as a result thereof, said Ordinance should be rescinded,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1500 of the City of San-
ford, Florida, passed and adopted on January 28, 1980, be
and the same is hereby rescinded, and is of no further force
and effect.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitu-
tional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the
validity, force or effect of any other section or part of
this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in confIict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
