AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY,
SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN; SAID
AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF THAT PORTION
OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETI~EN LAUREL
AVENUE AND FRENCH AVENUE AND BETWEEN 24th PLACE
AND 25th STREET FROM SR-1A (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT TO ~0I (MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE AND INSTITUTIONAL)
DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and
use ofbuildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence, or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
Lots 37 through 44, Beck's Addition, Plat Book 3,
Page 101, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from SR-1A (Single-
Family Residential Dwelling) District to RMOI (Mul-
tiple Family Residential, Office and Institutional)
District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force
or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
