DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR $EVE~BILITY, CONFLICTS
AND EFFECTI~ DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~qFO~D, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and
use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended
as follows;
A portion of that certain property lying
between Sanford Avenue and Palmetto Avenue
and between Eighth Street and Ninth Street
more particularly described as:
Lot 5, Block 10, Tier 1, To~ of Sanford,
Plat Book 1, Page 50, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida
be and the same is hereby rezoned from
(Multiple Family Residential ~elling) District
to GC-2 (General Comercial) District.
SECTION 2: If any section or portion of a section of
this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force
or effect of any other section or part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
imediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 1980.
