1452 ORDINANCE NO. 1452
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, RUNNING ~BI AN EASTERLy AND
WESTERLY DIRECTION AND LYING BETWEEN SANFORD
AVENUE AND LOCUST AVENUE AND BETWEEN VALENCIA
STREET AND THE SEABOARD COASTLINE RIGHT-OF-WAY;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That part of that certain utility easement
running in an Easterly and Westerly direction and lying between Sanford
Avenue and Locust Avenue and between Valencia Street and the Seaboard
Coastline right-of-way, and described as follows:
The West 22.5 feet of the North 1.4 feet of the South 7
feet of the area dedicated as a utility easement of Lot
26, Block 7, plus the East 3 feet of the North 1.4 feet
of the South 7 feet of the area dedicated as a utility
easement of Lot 25, Block 7, SAN LANTA SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
3, page 80, of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a utility
easement in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby
disclaim for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
i~ediately upon its passage and adoption.
