AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS SITUATED WITHIN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, LYING WEST OF
HIDDEN LAKE DRIVE A~ND BETWEEN LOCH LOW DRIVE
AND MEADOW HILLS COURT IN THAT CERTAIN SUB-
[D DIVISION F~OWN AS HIDDEN LAKE UNIT l-C;
co ~. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF S~FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain utility easement described as:
That ten (10') foot utility easement lying between Lots
3 and 4, Block "J", HIDDEN LAKE UNIT l-C, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, pages 55
and 56, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a utility
easement in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby dis-
claim for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2: That certain drainage easement described as:
The Northerly two feet and the Southerly two feet of a
20 foot drainage and utility easement lying between Lots
5 and 6, Block "J", HIDDEN LAKE UNIT l-C, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, pages 55
and 56, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a utility
easement in the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby dis-
claim for itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall become effective
i~ediately upon its passage and adoption.
