AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA, FROM TIrE
ANTICIPATED REVENUES TO BE RECEIVED FROM
THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUi~D OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DURING THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1977, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1978.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted
a proposed budget of anticipated revenues and suggested appropriations
relative to anticipated revenue to be rece ived from the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund of the United States of America durhng the fiscal year
which begiBis October 1, 1977, and ends September 30, 1978, and
WHEREAS, the City Cornmiss loners of the City of Sanford,
Florida, are of the opinion that the several items of recommended
expenditures for said fiscal year are reasonable, necessary and proper
for the administration of the affairs of the City of Sanford, and,
WHEREAS, appropriate public hearings have been held by
the City Cornmiss ion for cons ideration of the proposed budget°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the proposed budget of anticipated revenues
and appropriations to be received from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund
of the United States of America during the fiscal year beginning October 1,
1977, and ending September 30, 1978, be and the same is hereby ratified,
approved, confirmed, accepted and adopted; that a copy of the proposed
budget is attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Ordhnance.
SECTION 2o That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall 'become effective
immediately upon ~ts passage and adopt[on.
