1392 ORDINANCE NO. 1392
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1377, WHICH SAID
ORDINANCE MADE CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS FOR
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, FROM THE ANTICI-
PATED REVENUES FROM THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST
FUND OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SAID
AMENDMENT REFLECTING THE REVENUES AND
APPROPRIATIONS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30° 1977.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that Ordinance No. 1377, which
made certain appropriations for the City of Sanford, Florid~a, from the
anticipated revenues from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund of the United
States of America, be amended to accurately reflect the actual appropria-
tions of such revenue during the fiscal year beginning October 1° 1976~ and
ending September 30, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Sanford, Florida,
held a public hearing on this matter on August 22, 1977, and has advised
the City Commission that the expenditures of the revenue from the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund have been in accordance with the amended revenue
sharing budget prepared by the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the necessary and appropriate public hearings have
been held by the City Commission to adopt the amended revenue sharing
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the proposed amended revenue sharing
budget, reflecting appropriations during the fiscal year beginning October 1,
1976, and ending September 30~ 1977, be and the same is hereby ratified,
approved~ confirmed, accepted and adopted; that a copy of the proposed
amended revenue sharing budget is attached hereto and is hereby made a
part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That ~his ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
