AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1V~END1ViENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND SECOND STREET AND
BETWEEN PO1VIEGRANITE AVENUE AND VACATED
TAMARIND AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COM1VIERCIAL)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
All (less road) of Block 3, Tier 21, and the abutting
East 41 feet of vacated Tamarind Avenue, Town of
Sanfords according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Flat Book 1, Page 116, of the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida~
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon i~s passage and adoption.
