1387 ORDINANCE NO. 1387
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 22-17 (h) OF
ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE SANFORD
CITY CODE, SAID CHAPTER BEING ENTITLED
"SIGNS AND ADVERTISING" AND THE SECTION
BEING ENTITLED "UNSAFE AND UNLAWFUL
SIGNS"° SAID AMENDMENT AMENDING THE
PROVISION FOR USE OF MOBILE, TRAILER
SIGNS TO ALLOW THE USE OF SAID SIGNS WHEN
EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1; That Section 22-~7 (h) of Article II of Chapter 22
of the Sanford City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 22-17. UNSAFE AND UNLAWFUL SIGNS.
(h) Mobile, trailer signs. As herein defined
shall be prohibited in all zoning districts within the
city, unless expressly authorized by the City Commission.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3o That fhis ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
