Mr. Florian, It had come to my attention that the permit issued to Baran Telecom on 7/24/07 has
expired without receiving a final inspection from your office. Our Construction Manager assigned to this
project left our company and his work was re -assigned to various other managers. This site was never
called In for final inspection as agreed upon. I had a conversation with Annette Scott and she informed
me to send this information to you for approval.
At your convenience, could you please let me know what we can do to pay whatever fees are due
and get the final inspection rescheduled? Not sure if I could file an extension or just request the final.
