FLORIDA, TO ANNEX WITHIN THE CORPORATE
AREA OF TE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
UPON ADOPTION OF SAID ORDINANCE A PORTION
OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING ETWEEN
~RCLIFFE STREET AND OSCEOLA DRIVE AND
BET~EN MARSHALL AVENUE AND OSCEOLA
DRIVE, IN ACCORDANCE ~TH THE VOLUNT~Y
ANEXATION PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1~1.
FLORIDA STATUTES (1976 ).
~D "::,~ ~EREAS~ there have been filed with the City Clerk of ~e
.~J,Z City of Sanford, Florida, petitions containing the names of the property
c~ owners in the area described hereinafter requesting a~exation to the
corporate a~ea o~ the City of S~ford, Florida, and requesting to be
included therein; and
~EREAS, the Property Appraiser of Seminole County,
Florida, having certified that there are three property owners in the area
to be annexed, and that said property owners have signed the petitions for
annexation; and
~EREAS, it has been determ~ed that ~e property described
hereinafter is reasonably compact and contiguous to the corporate area
of the City of Sanford, Florida, and it has further been determined that
the annexation of said property will not result is the creation of an enciave;
and
~EREAS, the City of Sanford, Florida, is is a position to
provide municipal services to the prope~y described herein, and the City
Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, deems it ~ the best interest
of the City to accept said petitions and to annex said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
