1383 ORDINANCE NO. 1383
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
ABUTTING PERSIMMON AVENUE ON THE WEST, AND
LYING BETWEEN SECOND STREET EXTENDED TO THE
WEST AND THE NORTH LINE OF THE SEABOARD COAST
LINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO MI-2 (MEDIUM
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Beginning 1, 429, 4 feet East of the intersection of the
South line of SR 46 with the Nly line of A. C. L. Railway;
Run East 453.6 feet, South to Railway; Nly on Railway
to a point South of the beginning; North to the beginning
(less roads and the North 400 feet South of SR
Section 26, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in MI-2 (Medium
Industrial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed .
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption,
