1382 ORDINANCE NO. 1382 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY ABUTTING SIXTH STREET ON THE SOUTH AND LYING BETWEEN PECAN AVENUE AND POPLAR AVENUE TO MR-2 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: The North one-half (less Ry) of Block 8, Tier 13, Town of Sanford, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 112, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in iViR-2 (Multiple- Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this~/~Uy A.D. 1977.
