CL~ING, VACATING A~D ABANDONING A PORTION
OF THAT CEETAI~ EAST-WEST ALLEY LYING BETWEE~
FIRST STREET AND SEMINOLE BOULEV~D AND BETWEE~
MELLONVILLE AVENUE A~D VACATED SAN CARLOS
AVEN~, RESErVInG THE USE OF SAME UNTO THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, FOE UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That certain alley described as:
That part of that cePta~ East-West alley ly[na between
Lots 1 and 5, Block 1, San Carlos Subdivision, Plat Book
8, PaCe ~1, Public Records of Sem~ole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley
~n the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby d[scla~ for itself and the
public all ~te~est there~, ~eserv~a the use of said alley unto the City of
Salord fop utility puPposes.
SECTION 2. That all ord~aces or parts of ord[naces in conflict
herewith be and the s~e are hereby repealed.
SECTION ~. That this ordinance shall become effective ~mediately
upon its passage and adoption.
