1377 ORDINANCE NO. 1377
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, FROM THE
ANTICIPATED REVENUES TO BE RECEIVED FROM
THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DURING THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1976o AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30o 1977.
WHEREAS~ the City Manager has prepared and submitted
a proposed budget of anticipated revenues and suggested appropriations
relative to anticipated revenue to be received from the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund of the United States of America during the present fiscal
year which began October 1, 1976~ and ends September 30° 1977~ and°
WHEI~ASo the City Commissioners of the City of Sanford,
Florida° are of the opinion that the several items of recommended
expenditures for said fiscal year are reasonable, necessary and proper
for the administration of the affairs of the City of Sanford~ and°
WHEREAS, appropriate public hearings have been held by
the City Commission for consideration of the proposed budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the proposed budget of anticipated revenues
and appropriations to be received from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund
of the United States of America during the fiscal year beginning October 1o
1976, and ending September 30, 1977~ be and the same is hereby ratified°
approvedo confirmed, accepted and adopted; that a copy of the proposed
budget is attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
