SPECIAL MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in a Special Meeting on
Monday, November 27, 2023, at 4:30 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, and 300
North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

2) Approve a year-end amendment to the Sanford Airport Authority's FY 2022/2023 Operating
Budget, in an amount of $225,000 for additional operating expenses. [Commission Memo

the Proposed Site Plan for the Vistas at Lake Monroe located at 1100 East First Street; Owner,
BSC -Sanford LLC.
Mayor Woodruff passed the gavel to Vice Mayor Britton. After a brief discussion,
Mayor Woodruff moved to reconsider the Proposed Site Plan for the Vistas at Lake Monroe and
discuss at the December meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Mahany and carried by vote of the
Commission as follows:
