AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA°
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
ABUTTING SOUTH SAN FORD AVENUE AND LYING BETWEEN
26TH STREET AND LEMON STREET TO GC-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida~ passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of ~he C~ty of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting ~he locatEon and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
mended as follows:
Lots 1 through 5 and 8, 9 and 12, Block 5, A. B. Russell's
Addition to Ft. Reed, according to the Plat ~hereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 97, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General
Commercial) District
SECTION 2. That all ordlnances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective ifnmediately
upon its passage and adoption.
