AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDJ FLORIDA,
A1VI_ENDING SECTION 6-32 OF ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 6
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
SAID ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE
MEMBERSHIP OF THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS EXAMINING
BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 6-32 entitled "Membership; Terms"
of Article III entitled "Central Contractors Examining Board" of Chapter 6
entitled "Buildings" is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 6-32. Membership; Terms
The Board created by this Article shall consist of two
(2) licensed Master Plumbers; two (2) licensed Master
Electricians; three (3) licensed Building COntractors, Class
A, Bo or C; two (2) licensed Air Conditioning/Mechanical
Contractors; one (1) licensed Swimming Pool Contractor;
one (1) licensed Roofing Contractor; one (1) licensed Sheet
Metal Contractor; and one (1) licensed Screen Enclosure
Contractor. Appointments to said Board shall be made by
the City Commission and each appointment shah be for a
period of two (2) years.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That ~his ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
