1369 ORDINANCE NO. 1369
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA°
AMENDING CHAPTER 14-1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING KNOWN AS
THE HOUSING CODE, SAID AMENDMENT ADOFrING THE
1976 EDITION OF THE STANDARD HOUSING CODE, PREPARED
BY THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 14-1 of Chapter 14 entitled "Housing Code"
of the Sanford City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
See. 14-1. Adopted.
The 1976 Edition of the Standard Housing Code, prepared by
the Southern Building Code Congress, is hereby adopted by the
City~ and one (1) copy of said code is filed in the office of the
City Clerk as a matter of permanent record of the City, and the
matters and contents therein are made a part of this chapter by
reference as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and
such copy shall remain on file in said office available for public
inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or par~s of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
