Description of Work: PSI will complete the requested environmental review for the subject
property on the attached proposal number 0663-403232 and incorporate the findings in a written
report inpdfformat. This review will beconducted ingeneral accordance with 34Code of
Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 58 and the National Environment Policy Act (NEPA). The
requirements for compliance in CFR CFR58.8 are:
- Airport clear zones
- Coastal barrier resources
- Flood insurance
The requirements for additional laws and authorities in accordance with 24 CFR 58.5 are:
- Air quality
- Coastal zone management
- Endangered species
- Explosive and flammable facilities
- Farmlands protection
- Floodplain management
- Historic preservation
- Noise abatement and control
- Site contamination
- Sole source aquifers
