AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA,
AiV~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITYo SAID ORDINANCE
BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN MANGOUSTINE
AVENUE AND OLEANDER AVENUE AND BETWEEN FIRST STREET
AND FULTON STREET TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford~ Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida° regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry~ residence
or other purposes° be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Block 2, Tier 17, St. Gertrude 's Addition to the Town of
Sanford~ according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 1~ Page 113~ Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, A.D., 1976.
