1367 ORDINANCE NO. 1367 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA, AiV~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITYo SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN MANGOUSTINE AVENUE AND OLEANDER AVENUE AND BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND FULTON STREET TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford~ Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida° regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry~ residence or other purposes° be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Block 2, Tier 17, St. Gertrude 's Addition to the Town of Sanford~ according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1~ Page 113~ Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
