1366 ORDINANCE NO. 1366
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA°
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY~ SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
LYING BETWEEN 24TH STREET AND 24TH PLACE AND
BETWEEN FRENCH AVENUE AND 1VLAPLE AVENUE TO
GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11o 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures° land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
The North 33.8 feet of Lots 3 and 18, and all of
Lots 4, 5~ 6, 15, 16 and 17, Block 15, 3rd Section
of Dreamwold, Plat. Book 4, Page 70, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida (less the Easterly 8 feet),
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
