Scope of work includes the construction of approximately 600 s.f. of office area in this suite with restrooms to conform to the new Florida Building Code. No racking or commodity layout in the warehouse is scheduled at this time. Racking or commodity work shall be future by separate permit. GENERAL NOTES AND REQUIREMENTS 1. All work shall comply with the SBCCI Standard Building Code and all other applicable rules and regulations. 2.. The plans and specifications are the property of the Architect and shall not be used or reproduced in any form without the expressed written permission of the Architect. 3. The Architect shall not have control or charge of and shall not be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions or programs in connection with the work, for the acts or omissions of the Contractor, Sub—Contractors or any other persons performing any of the work, or for the failure of any of them to carry out the work in accordance with the contract documents. 4. The General Contractor and all Sub—Contractors shall verify all conditions, details and dimensions before proceeding with the work and shall be responsible for coordination of the same. Architect shall be notified of any discrepancies. 5. Job superintendent shall verify all dimensions in field prior to commencing work. 6. Dimensions supersede scale on drawings. 7. It is intended that all work be first quality, and accomplished in a workmanlike manner by skilled craftsmen using accepted practices and methods appropriate to the trade involved. 8. All products and materials shall be installed as per manufacturer's instructions and specifications unless specifically otherwise directed by the Architect. 9. The General Contractor, all Sub—Contractors and Suppliers shall be responsible for coordinating their work and certifying that their products and installations meet the FI. Accessibility Code.
