AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VIEND1ViENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
LYING BETWEEN SEVENTH STREET AND NINTH STREET AND
BETWEEN HOLLY AVENUE AND MAPLE AVENUE TO GC-2
(GENERAL COM1VIERCIAL} DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida~ passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford~ Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures~ land and water
for trade, industry~ residence or other purposes, be and *Jae same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lot 5~ Block 9~ Tier 10, E. R. Trafford's Map of the Town
of Sanford; Lots 1, 2 and 7, Block 10, Tier l0s E. R. Trafford's
Map of the Town of Sanford~ according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida; Lots 3, 4, 5. 7, 9 and 10, Block 10, Tier
A. C. Marlin's Subdivision; and that par~ of Block 10, Tier
A. C. Martin's Subdivision lying East of Railroad, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1# Page 98, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
