1356 ORDINANCE NO. 1356 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, A1ViENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10D? OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VIEND1VIENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN 28TH STREET AND 29TH STREET AND BETWEEN MAGNOLIA AVENUE AND PALMETTO AVENUE TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972~ said ordinance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lots 1 through 14 and Lots 19 through 21, PARK VIEW, 2ND ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded In Plat Book 4o Page 5, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the sa~ne are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon i~s passage and adoption.
