1355 ORDINANCE NO. 1355
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED BETWEEN HIAWATHA AVENUE AND ORLANDO
DRIVE AND BETWEEN SANTA BARBARA DRIVE AND FRENCH
AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land' and water
for trade, industry~ residence or o~her purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lot 9~ Block 15~ D~AMWOLD~ acco~ng to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3~ Page 90~ Public
Records of Sem~ole Co~y, Flo~da~
be and ~he same is hereby placed in GC-~ (General Commercial)
Distric~.
SECTION 2. That aH o~dinaaces or pa~s of ord~ances in conflict
he~ewi~ be and the same a~e hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon i~s passage and adoption.
